Which Paintball Bag is Right For You?
Paintball backpacks are the perfectly sized bag for those players who don't have a ton of gear and like to travel light. Some of the best made backpacks can actually hold your gun setup with a hopper and air tank on the gun still. This is great if you like to leave your setup together after leaving the paintball field. Leaving your setup together leaves room in your back pack for the essentials like your pants, jersey, knee pads and arm pads. Usually the backpacks also have a place for your mask to clip onto keeping it from getting smashed inside of your bag.
The Best Paintball Back Pack
In our opinion, one of the best paintball back packs were created around 2018 with the Planet Eclipse backpacks release. This new style was designed with a large pocket into the bottom of the bag. This pocket was expandable which allowed you to add another 20% of storage space to your back pack. This extra room was the perfect increase in size that really helped players carry all of their playing gear without having to transport a big rolling gear bag. When shopping for a
be certain to do your research for durability and total storage size. The last thing you would want to do is spend fifty to one hundred dollars on a super nice bag just to have it carry only ninety percent of your gear.
One word of caution, make sure the backpack is made to be used at the local paintball field. If the material is a cloth that will stain or get torn up easily, we would recommend looking into a back specifically designed to hold a heavy load along with has the ability to be cleaned easily. At the end of a long weekend with dirty gear you want to be able to hose off your bag, lube your gear and pack it all back up without much hassle.
